AFRICA ROAD DRIVE EXPEDITION.




 “Africa Road Drive Expedition - The great African adventure” is a great trans-Saharan expedition, which aims to recreate the great moments of escape and adventure. It is undergone by people with different levels of experience on long trips.
Participant type: People fearless, with a spirit of adventure in search of personal challenges, well-prepared and eager to mutual aid and sharing experiences.
A good dose of bravery, spirit of adventure and willingness are the ingredients needed to undertake the fantastic route of this expedition.

Mission and Purpose: our expedition is aimed at promoting cultural exchange, tourism, eco-travels, humanitarian and environmental range of issues. Via television, magazine articles, newspapers and various Internet outlets, ARDE seeks to promotes Africa as the world’s next frontier,opening it up to business development .By driving across the nine countries, ARDE strives to further international integration by direct interaction and presentations to captive audiences, using our incredible journey as a medium to present Africa to the world.

Exposure and Media Coverage:
Promotions: We hope to attend festivals and other events as we drive through the nine countries, during our brief stops, meeting our audience and sharing our experiences first hand. We are available to be scheduled for specific events and promotions.

Television: We are currently in talks with several distribution companies about where our documentary will air upon its completion. A lot of Networks have shown interest in the expedition.

National and International Media Appearances: We have planned to appear in numerous media outlets across Africa and other continents. Our appearances are targeted to reach audiences totaling over 1 million viewers worldwide.

Documentary: Over the course of the expedition we have published edited, narrated video clips that are available regularly through the website. The end result will be a feature length documentary of the entire trip. We have started negotiations with people from the Travel Channel, MTV and others. 

Book: Our publishing agent has a handful of interested parties in two books we would be working on. First is a guidebook to help others learn the ropes of traveling overland in obscure places. The second is a book chronicling our adventures. Sponsors have the opportunity to get their products included in the guidebook.

Website (Over 1 million hits per month): We update our website daily with content indexed in all major search engines and translated into 15 languages. We have fully searchable high definition video and photo galleries, and country guides with information about where to stay, general country info, and what to do while there.
